Winter is Coming…
Now is the time of year when when time is crunching down and the days get shorter and shorter. We are running around like crazy people trying to juggle work and friends and family, wrapping up the year and getting ready to go to Colombia for Inner Refuge Edition 4… It’s a hectic time, no? Feel free to sit still for a moment and take a few deep breaths!
It is said that there are two kinds of tired - the kind where you need rest, and the kind where you need peace. That sounds about right! Our bodies are asking us to check in, stretch, breathe... and MEDITATE! Even if it’s just for a few minutes - it can make a big difference in how you feel inside, and how you show up in the world. In these hectic final weeks of 2019, don’t forget honor whatever practice keeps you grounded. It’s good for you :)
We want to shout out to the gracious yoga and meditation guides who are coming with us to Colombia in a few weeks! We are counting the days until we are practicing with them beneath a canopy of palm trees by the Rio Palomino...
